CHALLENGE COUNTDOWN

  • What are the DATES and TIMES for Coach led training sessions?
    Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will be coach led sessions. Whichever time slot you secured at sign up, will be the time you will need to show up for your session! That time slot will be locked in for you for the entire 6 Week challenge.
  • Do I need to purchase SUPPLEMENTS?
    Absolutely NOT! The only thing required for this challenge is your COMMITMENT!
  • Will you tell me what I need to be eating?
    YES! Everyone will be getting a Healthy Grocery List and will learn the entire process of eating for your goals!
  • What if I am a Beginner?
    If you are a beginner then this challenge is PERFECT for you! I will teach and correct you on all parts of working out and training for your specific goals!
  • Am I too OLD?
    Absolutely NOT! I have worked with clients from ages 8-95 years of age! Of course there's modifications but everyone can benefit from this challenge.
  • What if I don't want to get too BULKY?
    TRUST me it's not easy to get BULKY at all. This challenge is focused of Fat loss and getting you fit and trimmed. Let's burn off those holiday pounds.
  • What if I am ALREADY a member at Reborn Strength Athletic Club?
    GREAT!! Members are highly encouraged to do this challenge as well. Your membership cost will be deducted from the total amount of the challenge!
  • What if I have a previous injury?
    No worries! We will make modifications to make sure you get the most BENEFIT from this challenge and help make that injury feel better and healed in the process!
  • What if I miss a day?
    If you miss, you miss. Don't stress about it. You will just get right back on track the next day!
  • Will there be a lot of people training with me?
    No! You will be having a VERY exclusive gym experience. Reborn Strength Athletic Club is a private gym with very few members. Your 6-Week Challenge time slot will be very exclusive. There will NOT be more than 4 people training with you for your coaching session. 😉
  • Can my spouse/friend join me?
    They sure can! I actually encourage couples/partners to join together! Just make sure you both are registered separately!
  • Is this challenge only for women?
    No! This challenge is for ANYONE who is ready to COMMIT and CHANGE! 😊
  • I don't know anything about healthy eating, will you teach me?
    YES! Get ready to learn along the way. I will also be offering 2 educational seminars within the 6 weeks program. 🤓
  • What if I have health issues?
    You can DEFINITELY still do this challenge! We will be doing a fitness and wellness assessment beforehand so please let me know and I will accommodate your training.
